Are you ready for a Salon style hair spa at home?

  1. For Damaged Hair

Recipe:

1 Egg Yolk

2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp. Honey

Double recipe for long hair. Combine ingredients in a blender or whisk ingredients together until well-blended. Apply the mask evenly throughout damp hair, making sure to cover damaged ends. If you have long hair, tie it up. Then, cover hair with a shower cap or towel and let the mask sit for 30 minutes. Wash out the mask with shampoo and conditioner. For best results, apply the mask once weekly.

 

2. For Super Curly and Frizzy Hair

Recipe:

1 Egg

2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Honey

Double recipe for long hair. Combine ingredients in a blender or whisk ingredients together until well-blended. Apply the mask evenly throughout damp hair. If you have long hair, tie it up. Then, cover hair with a shower cap or towel and let the mask sit for 30 minutes. Wash out the mask with shampoo and conditioner. For best results, apply the mask once weekly.

 

3. For Oily Hair

Recipe:

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Juiced Lemon

1 Tbsp. Honey

Double recipe for long hair. Combine ingredients in a blender or whisk together until well-blended. Apply the mask evenly throughout damp hair. If you have long hair, tie it up. Then, cover hair with a shower cap or towel and let the mask sit for 30 minutes. Wash out the mask with shampoo & conditioner. For best results, apply the mask once weekly.

 

4. Hair Mask for Normal Hair

To nourish your strands and to keep them healthy and shiny,

1. Prepare a mixture of 2 tbsp each of gram flour and almond powder along with 1 egg white.
2. Mix and apply mixture to hair.
3. Shampoo off after 30 minutes.

 

5. Banana Mask for Soft Strands

1. Blend one ripe banana and add 4 tbsp coconut oil, 1tbsp glycerin and 2 tbsp honey to the mixture.
2. You need a smooth paste to ensure that it washes off without leaving bits in your hair.
3. Apply this mixture to your hair and cover with a shower cap. Wash off after 30 minutes.

 

6. Aloe Vera Hair Mask

1. Mix 5 tbsp of aloe vera gel with 2 tbsp of a silicone-free conditioner.
2. Apply mixture to hair and use a wide-toothed comb to comb it in thoroughly.
3. Leave it on for 20 minutes before washing off.

 

7. Flax seeds and Lemon Juice

1. Soak a quarter cup of flaxseeds in water overnight.
2. In the morning, add two cups of water to the flaxseeds and bring to a boil.
3. When it thickens, reduce the flame and squeeze the juice of half a lemon in it.
4. After a few minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool.
5. Add a few drops of any essential oil of your choice.

You can use this as a styling gel on a regular basis or apply and leave overnight. The next morning, shampoo as usual.
